We accept most insurance policies.  Auto injuries and worker compensation injuries are covered at 100%.  Our office will verify your benefits with your insurance carrier with no charge for processing the claims.  Capitol Rehab will do our best to obtain maximum benefits within your policy.  For your convenience, Capitol Rehab accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.  For patients without insurance benefits, you will find our cash rates the lowest in the Northern Virginia region.  We accept patients regardless of the condition or financial situation.
